The Customer Success Manager position at rateGenius is responsible for driving strategic direction, customer ROI, product adoption, growth and expansion through proactive thought leadership and advocacy for the customer experience. This is a dynamic position and you must be comfortable with frequent multi-tasking between management, technical, business, strategic, marketing, and planning activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the voice of the customer, advocate improvements in every aspect of the customer experience, and promote the consumer internally.
- Identify key areas of changes, updates and improvements on the rateGenius workflow and consumer facing properties as needed.
- Proactively outline customer critical success factors, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance and maximize results.
- Define requirements, project manage, and work cross-functionally to continually improve the customer experience and company communication to the customer.
- Monitor consumer feedback channels and manage consumer surveys programs.
- Provide assistance to Marketing team on tasks surrounding reporting, analytics and metrics concerning consumer engagement and conversion.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in project management providing consumer services through a combination of technology, process improvement and sales communication.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a multi-discipline, collaborative environment.
- Must have strong attention to detail and comfortable with technical subject matter.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, finance or information technology preferred.
- Passion for outstanding customer service and account management with an execution focus.
- Excellent computer skills and an appetite for new technology.
